You may browse the public SCC Land Registry website and aggregated postcode feeds for lawful research and personal information. The service is provided without an individual-property valuation, ownership search or any guarantee of uninterrupted access. Automated high-volume access must be reasonable and must not disrupt the website or its users.
Dataset attribution and licensing
Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right 2021. This data is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Original HM Land Registry Price Paid Data is released under the Open Government Licence v3.0, subject to the rights and restrictions stated by HM Land Registry. This licence does not automatically license third-party address information or every independent element of SCC Nexus site design and commentary. Keep the HMLR attribution and verify your proposed reuse against the official publication and its reuse conditions.
Our independent interpretation
Graphs, postcode summaries and commentary are independent transformations of historic transaction observations. Do not present them as official HM Land Registry forecasts, approved valuations, an inflation index or data covering the whole United Kingdom. Source releases can be revised and feeds can be withdrawn or corrected.
