SCC Nexus is an independent research and technology practice created and operated by Scott Chowen. The subjects vary; the discipline does not: discover the source, preserve provenance, test what can be tested, keep human judgement where it matters, and publish only what the evidence can support.

An independent evidence-infrastructure laboratory.
The portfolio is not a collection of unrelated websites. It is a family of operational observatories, research programmes and reusable engines built around one recurring problem: messy information has to become structured evidence before it becomes a useful public interface.
