Corporate records

Companies House Intelligence

Structured public-record interrogation designed to surface facts, review priorities and evidence trails without converting unusual patterns into allegations.

Validity boundaryPublic-record screening and review prioritisation — not an allegation, legal finding, insolvency determination or proof of misconduct.

Continuous evidence system

A continuous national evidence system, not a one-off screen.

SCC Nexus Companies House Intelligence has operated across successive reporting cycles. Automated ingestion and deterministic screening create a repeatable review surface; validation, source hashes/manifests and archived run artefacts support traceability. The public site is deliberately redacted, while a protected/unredacted analytical layer is retained separately for deeper review. Redaction is a governance boundary — not an absence of underlying evidence.

Purpose

What it is trying to create.

Make public corporate filings easier to interrogate, compare and audit while preserving the difference between a data anomaly, a review priority and a substantiated finding.

Intended outcomes

What success looks like.

  • Structured extraction of public corporate records.
  • Evidence trails and provenance for material observations.
  • Review-priority signals rather than automated allegations.
  • Public outputs designed for further professional or journalistic checking.

P

Provenance

The research model is filing-led: Companies House/iXBRL records are treated as authoritative source material, with structured extraction and evidence trails retained around observations.

I

Integrity

Deterministic checks and schema-constrained analysis are used to reduce free-form inference. Unusual patterns are framed as review priorities rather than allegations.

V

Verification

Public observations are intended to remain traceable back to filed records and deterministic calculations rather than unsupported model-generated claims.

V

Validity

Valid for structured interrogation, anomaly screening and prioritising further review. It does not establish fraud, misconduct, solvency or legal liability without additional evidence.

Public boundary

Transparency without exposing operational secrets.

Public pages describe purpose, evidence principles and intended outputs. Credentials, private repository links, source-specific collection tactics, restricted implementation details, anti-abuse controls and other security-sensitive material are deliberately excluded.
