We are developing governed cross-referencing between Companies House company numbers, Land Registry corporate titles, planning records and relevant land constraints. Stable identifiers, source coverage and licence rights must be checked before any record-level connection is presented as verified.
Development-stage programme: this is not yet a fully validated nationwide property–planning linkage dataset.
