An independent SCC Nexus Limited project to turn public property-transaction records into useful, transparent and reproducible local intelligence.

Make long-run property-market evidence understandable without pretending that historic transaction records are current valuations. The platform is intended for public-interest research, local market context and reproducible analysis.

Independence
SCC Land Registry is operated by SCC Nexus Limited. It is not HM Land Registry, not a government service, and is not endorsed by HM Land Registry or the academic sources used to inform research methods.
Two publication surfaces
scclandregistry.co.uk is the primary public property-intelligence product. sccnexus.co.uk/land_registry is the SCC Nexus research and portfolio surface. Canonical data URLs remain on the primary domain.
What we will not do
We will not invent valuations, conceal small samples, imply a postcode median is a quality-adjusted price index, publish raw credentials or private research materials, or mark a deployment as successful without independent live verification.
