Publication standard · foundation v0.1
A formal report should identify the question, the sources, when they were retrieved, the methods and their versions, independent review status, findings, contradictory evidence, known limits, appendices, and immutable release history.
This section describes the publishing standard being implemented. It is not a declaration that every project already has a completed report in that format.

Access and preservation
Reviewed public releases with source registers where rights permit, report identifiers, revisions and publication-safe supporting material.
Unredacted client work stays in separately controlled storage with permission checks. A public URL or unpublished link is never a substitute for access control.
Contradictory evidence and corrections should remain attributable and visible. Publication is never an automated assertion of scientific truth.
